Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Up until eight hours prior to your planned appointment time, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • If a doctor is available, you can either reschedule to a different time or cancel the appointment and request a refund.
  • Any refund requests will be handled within 15 working days of receiving them from you.
  • A face-to-face consultation can also be scheduled in any of our hospitals. Refunds are not available for cancellations sent after the deadline and not acknowledged by Laxmi Netralaya.
  • Requests for cancellations can be made by phone call or email. Laxmi Netralaya's acknowledgment is essential for both.
  • If you use a credit or debit card that is not legally yours, if you allow a third party to use your password or another method to access your account, or if you allow a third party to use your password or another method to access your account, Laxmi Netralaya will not be held responsible.
  • For questions on how to cancel an order, call +91 96317 14337. Laxmi Netralaya maintains the right to modify/implement changes to the price structure and refund policy without prior notice.
  • Laxmi Netralaya will not voluntarily disclose the cancellation information with any third-party websites.
