Up until eight hours prior to your planned appointment time, you can cancel or reschedule an
appointment.
If a doctor is available, you can either reschedule to a different time or cancel the
appointment and request a refund.
Any refund requests will be handled within 15 working days of receiving them from you.
A face-to-face consultation can also be scheduled in any of our hospitals.
Refunds are not available for cancellations sent after the deadline and not acknowledged by
Laxmi Netralaya.
Requests for cancellations can be made by phone call or email. Laxmi Netralaya's
acknowledgment is essential for both.
If you use a credit or debit card that is not legally yours, if you allow a third party to
use your password or another method to access your account, or if you allow a third party to
use your password or another method to access your account, Laxmi Netralaya will not be held
responsible.
